1. Violent Force on the Bridge – Stockholm

Location: A pedestrian bridge near an old factory site, close to a castle and military area, Stockholm
Approx. Date: Circa 20 years ago (early 2000s)
Time: Early morning during his walk to work
Experience:

• While alone on the bridge, Fred felt a violent force pull his leather shoulder bag backward.

• The bag’s strap tore apart despite being held by a metal ball-and-hole mechanism that should have been physically impossible to separate.

• Immediately after, he felt an intense freezing cold, teeth chattering, full-body shivering.

• No one else was present.

• He remains convinced the bag did not snag on anything.

2. Shadow Person Encounter – Near Seglora, Sweden

Location: Rural home near Seglora, in the forest
Approx. Date: 2016
Time: Daytime, during TV production
Experience:

• While filming for the paranormal TV series Det Okända, Fred spoke with the family outdoors.

• He saw a solid black humanoid figure wearing a hat lean out from behind an extremely thin pine tree.

• The tree was so thin that a person could not physically hide behind it.

• The figure appeared solid, not translucent, and visible for several seconds before vanishing.

• The family had repeatedly reported this same “man with a hat.”

3. Circle of Light on a Field – Märsta, Sweden

Location: Old historic fields outside Märsta, near Stockholm, close to forests and ancient mounds
Approx. Date: Late July or early August 2019
Time: Evening into night, before midnight
Experience:

• While barbecuing with friends, Fred noticed a large circular patch of bright light on the ground, as if illuminated from above.

• No visible light source, no beam, no structures nearby.

• Two group members attempted to approach it but were stopped by a flooded ditch.

• Everyone forgot to photograph it, despite having phones and cameras — something Fred later found bizarre.

• Two owls flew in circles overhead during the event.

• The light had never appeared before or after despite many return visits.

4. Footsteps of the “Huldra” – Grunke Valley, Valdres, Norway

Location: Grunke, a remote valley in Valdres, Norway, surrounded by steep mountains
Approx. Date: Summer 2025 (mid-July or August)
Time: Around 3:00 to 4:00 AM
Experience:

• Fred awoke at 3 AM, went outside, then returned to bed.

• Soon after, he heard very clear footsteps approaching on gravel, moving slowly up the road toward the cabin.

• The steps circled the house and stopped directly outside the wall near where he lay in bed.

• The area had no gravel, only grass and soft earth. No cows, sheep, or humans were present.

• He was frozen with fear, unable to wake others.

• After an hour, he checked outside — no tracks, no people, no animals.

• A local relative later took the incident seriously, saying it resembled known Huldra or “little people” activity.

5. Repeated Encounters with a Strange Man While on Psilocybin

Location(s):

• Forest footpath near a small stream

• Roadside electrical box

• A local grocery store
  (All in Sweden, specific town not mentioned)

Approx. Date: Several years ago, during one summer in his youth
Times: Late evening, night, and daytime
Experience:

• While on psilocybin mushrooms three separate times that summer, Fred encountered the same strange man each time:

  • Short

  • Pants pulled up unusually high

  • Large bulging eyes

  • Cartoonish, troll-like appearance

• First sighting: man fishing on a small wooden bridge

• Second sighting: peering from behind an electrical service box

• Third sighting: encountered him in a shop, sober except for being at the tail end of a trip

• Fred is adamant the man was not a hallucination, describing him as physically present each time.

• Never saw him again.
