Tonight, we meet Lee in Illinois to hear about a mysterious object that Lee and his stepdaughter witnessed on a summer’s day in July 2008.
Lee, now retired, spent more than three decades with the United States Government as a Technical Enforcement Officer and Criminal Investigator (Special Agent) in Undercover Operations, where he specialized in electronic surveillance and controlled deliveries. Lee will also recount his near-death experience from 2019, where he found himself in a pearlescent white room and was asked, “Are you ready to go?”

Lee A Starks, attended Eastern Illinois University and Northeastern University and Graduated with a BA, with an Emphasis on Chemistry, Math & History. Lee was a NCAA Div I Track & Field Athlete in Throws (35lb Weight, Hammer & Discus).
Lee spent over 30 years in the United States Government as a Technical Enforcement Officer/Criminal Investigator(Special Agent) in Undercover Operations specializing in Electronic Surveillance & Controlled Deliveries.
Soon after the 9/11 terror attacks Lee found himself in Eastern Europe, training Allies in WMD Undercover Operations on behalf of the Department of Defense.
Lee’s career Agency’s include; US Army, US Customs Service, Department of Defense, US Treasury Department, Department of Homeland Security, Homeland Security Investigations.
Lee currently is retired from the Government and trains LEO/Mil Combat Firearms and Precision Rifle. Lee Advises the US Gov on Electronic Surveillance matters.
Lee is the Author of the book Orbit (A Curved Path Following a Single Point). The follow up book to Orbit will be available winter 2024 and with be titled Spectra.
