Former Navajo Ranger Stanley Milford Jr. recounts investigations involving livestock mutilations, skinwalkers, cryptids, UFOs and hauntings.

The encounter
Stanley Milford Jr. joins us from New Mexico to discuss the unexplained cases he investigated while serving as a Navajo Ranger. Raised within Navajo and Cherokee traditions, Stanley grew up with an understanding that the supernatural can touch everyday life.
The Navajo Rangers combine law enforcement with archaeological conservation and historical duties across the 27,000-square-mile Navajo Nation. Stanley’s ordinary assignments gradually gave way to cases involving livestock mutilations, skinwalkers, cryptids, UFOs and hostile hauntings. He approaches each account through both professional investigative training and the cultural traditions in which he was raised.
